Most of you are here because you care about quality political analysis. With a mere two-a-half weeks until Election Day, I’m hosting at event at the University Pennsylvania this afternoon that will provide a lot of insight from four major political journalists: Eugene Daniels from Politico, David Drucker from the Dispatch, Sarah McCammon form NPR, Greg Sargent from the New Republic. All are top news breakers and they have unique understandings of our politics.
Because it’s free and also live-streaming, I thought I’d share the info here. For those in Philadelphia, come out if you can, and for those elsewhere, tune in to the livestream.
I’ve also done a ton of media appearances in the last two weeks that I thought I’d share. I talked about Pennsylvania in depth with Mike Pesca on the Gist, I chatted with two print reporters about the impact of talk radio on rural Pennsylvanians, I talked to Ross Kaminsky on KOA in Denver about both the election and the history of talk radio, and with my pal Frank Morano on WABC in New York about both the baseball playoffs and how the candidates are using media. Finally, I talked to a print reporter for the Philadelphia Inquirer about a conservative influencer’s efforts to win Pennsylvania for Donald Trump.
There are several other media hits to come that haven’t posed yet. But for now, happy reading and watching!
Finally, a note: starting next week I’m going to be posting more frequently for the last two weeks until the election. It will likely just be short notes of what I’ve seen in the last 24 hours about the campaign, but I’ll work to keep you informed of what is going on.
